…and a Stroll Through the Gardens!

Finally, today my super good friend, Siobhan and I took a long-awaited trip to the museum! We have a little tradition of visiting the touristy spots of Christchurch – and the museum was next on our list! We were lucky enough to pay a visit to the World of Wearable Arts exhibition. My favourite piece was a suit of armour made entirely from briefcases – truly incredible! After spending a whirlwind two hours at the museum, we headed towards the park in search of ice cream. We quickly gave up on our quest, and instead swung on tree branches and lounged on park benches. I also somehow convinced Siobhany to take outfit photographs for me – thank you, thank you, thank you!

I wore a black dress that I absolutely can’t wait to DIY! The boater shoes and hat are vintage, and the ASOS tights are the same as always! I’m thinking that I’ll need to invest in a new pair soon – before they start turning grey! The satchel is my wonderful new beauty, courtesy of Velorbis. It is built for bicycles, and today I put it to the test; by wearing it while riding a (standstill) Penny Farthing!
